I am passionate about helping people to understand just how powerful an effect the food that we eat, and how we eat it, can have on how we feel. When faced with a serious health condition in my early 20s I began to focus more on what I was eating and began experimenting with a wider variety of fresh foods. I was astounded at the difference just a few dietary adjustments made to my health and wellbeing, and from that moment on I wanted to understand the science behind food and get to a place where I could share this knowledge and help guide, motivate and inspire others from a professional perspective.
